Refund policy
At NMN Supps, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully craft our sleep gummies with premium ingredients to help you rest better but if something doesn’t feel right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at nmnsupps@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable).
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are not available for:

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at nmnsupps@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

5. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are consumables, any opened packaging cannot be restocked or resold for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
